After the workouts of Monday and Tuesday my muscles can still feel the soreness.
Yesterday, Wednesday, was our cardio day, but I haven't posted because I want to give you a full overview of the cardio-vascular workouts I use to alternate.

We are just back from the gym and nowadays was our pull day ! We have trained back, biceps and abdominal.
Starting with back, we have done four exercises:

Here, as for the chest, we have been carefully alternating exercises that work on the wideness of your back, trying to achieve the covetedV-SHAPE, with exercises that focus on the thickness of your back. With these latest you improve also the look of your chest because you full torso looks more robust.
For biceps, we have executes three exercises:
These exercises are thought to develop the wgap front arm and not only the biceps brachii.
The first exercise is very traditional but still a must. It works mostly the stomach of your biceps.


In the moment exercise using the reverse grip we can target the forearm as well, specwhetherically focusing on the Brachioradialis.
In the third exercise we are combining the benefit of the hammer grip with the benefit using an incline bench. The hammer grip will focus the work on the Brachialis while the inclination of the bench will help to develop the biceps starting from the distal biceps tendon which is the feebleest part of your arm.
Finally abs:

As you probably noticed by yourself, the number of repetition is increased while the number of set is decreased. Remember, your abs are very used to work all the day long. They are interested in 90 percent of the movement you make during the day, like calves. So it's not very easy to project a "cosmetic" workout for them. That's why I like to train them once in volume and once in intensity during the same week.
